SFCA Community Meeting Changes

Due to lack of attendance the Board has voted to return to the By-laws which states we are to have no less that one community meeting per year. We have decided to have two per year for the time being. The Board will meet at least nine times per calendar year. It saddens us to have to do this, but for several months now, only the Board members have been attending the meeting.
