The first Saturday in April is CERT Emergency Communications which will be April 6th, 2013.  The Central Ohio Amateur Radio Emergency Service (COARES) team will be teaching this course. The course will involve entry level communications information such as which radio requires a license to operate and the pros and cons of each type of radio.  Be sure to take this class especially if you are a novice at radio communications.  More Saturday CERT trainings will be announced soon.

Also, I wanted to be sure everyone understood that the March 2nd NWS Spotter Training was to be considered the monthly CERT training.  There is no other training offered after that training.
