Franklin County Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency will be conducting a Full Scale Exercise at multiple sites within Franklin County on Thursday, April 4th. This exercise is designed to test and evaluate the emergency plans and response of First Responders, Public Health, area Hospitals and community nonprofits, in the event of a coordinated attack on multiple schools in the county. Volunteer actors play an important role in exercise facilitation and help to provide as close to real world situations as possible.
