Perhaps you noticed that the same “puddle” was persistent at 161 and Strawberry Farms day after day during September, whether it was rainy or dry.

Thanks to the similarly persistent advocacy of the Strawberry Farms Civic Association, speaking with several city officials and workers, repeatedly, the water leak at the corner was discovered and fixed.

    That is going to be a mess if we go into winter with that leak. It is still leaking.

      No, it is finally fixed. Apparently the drainage pond/retention area they were building for the apartment complex was already collecting stormwater, but the drainage was leaking onto the road. It seems to be fixed now.
