The below link to Ohio House bill 126 is an important neighborhood safety bill. This amendment to the nuisance section will add acts of violence to the law.
This much needed addition will allow all jurisdictions in the state to file a lawsuit in order to board up any property in which there are continued acts of violence.
This information needs to be shared across the city and state for support.
